At VT COSMETICS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
